Our petals are what we show to the world.
Our finest look, perhaps even perfumed.

Putting ourselves out there, even our reproductive bits… you may know already how energistically expensive this is. 🤑

And so it is that we need our leafy allies to gather support. We offer our own help to the world, showing up for friends, family, coworkers, companies we want to succeed, ideas we wish to embody – the leaves can be the reason we don’t starve! 🍃

BUT.

There is an underground network of unseen help.
The ROOTS. 🫚

Roots DIG.

Roots seek out.

They stretch, twist, turn – whatever they need to do, wherever they need to go.

Roots don’t dare take NOT HERE for the final word. They can’t, not while the whole above-ground community needs the roots to grab fast and hang strong, strong enough even for the weight of abundance 🌱🍒🍊🍎🫒🍇

Stronger still, roots push up through hard ground, asphalt, concrete, rock!
When tyrants fall and civilizations crumble, it isn’t the petals and leaves that reclaim the earth –

Its the ROOTS.
Yang to the point of being violent, at times obscene, and inconvenient. They serve the Whole without malice, prejudice, or judgment.
They are the discernment that senses in every direction, unseen, unlovely, underneath.

SO SINK DOWN when you need to.
Into your roots, into the source of silence, steadfastness, strength, soma.
